The person I have sold an animal to does not have internet access

Please initiate a transfer of keepership to the new keeper via your account page in the normal way, as this signifies to us that they are correct new keeper of the animal. Advise them to contact us on 01279 219777 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, and write the transfer code down for them on the paperwork if possible. We will then be able to complete the transfer over the phone.
